Shipping

We offer shipping to anywhere in Australia & New Zealand.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business day of receiving.

A tracking number for your order will be sent to you as soon your order is booked with a courier.

If a shipping delay exists we will notify you as soon as possible.

Our shipping days are Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).

Returns

We have put a lot of effort into ensuring the quality of our product.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

The product(s) must be in their original packaging, in the same condition it was received.

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).

How do I request a refund?

Please submit a return request to info@stickinz.co.nz with your order number.

Your request will be reviewed and if accepted, return instructions will be provided via email.
